- Payment terms as outlined in your individual service agreement.
3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number through our website or contact form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Agency 8 regarding our services, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. 4. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Sharjah, UAE.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
